Book a consultation What happens in a consultation

Looking after your skin is a long game. Sun, sleep, health and your daily routine all count for a lot. So that is where we start.

Who it may suit

We recommend a treatment only where clinically appropriate for you. If a change to your routine or another practitioner would suit you better, we will say so. We care for adults aged 18 and over.

What to expect

From the first conversation onwards.

Three steps. Your consultation always comes first.

The consultation

We ask about your routine, your health, your medicines, your sun and your sleep. You leave with your options and what each one costs, in writing.

On the day

Nothing is decided the day you get in touch. If you go ahead, we book it as its own appointment. First we check what has changed and answer your questions.

Aftercare and review

You leave with written aftercare notes and a number to call. We book a review to look at your skin together.

How we approach it

We start with your routine.

First we ask what you use, how often and for how long. Then we look at your skin in good light and talk through what we see.

Individual results vary from person to person. A consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome, and for some people the answer is that no treatment is appropriate.

FAQ

Skin hydration and quality: common questions.

If yours is not answered here, call the clinic and ask.

Still have a question?

We're happy to talk it through.

01 Do I still need a skincare routine?

Yes. Anything we discuss sits alongside your routine. It does not replace it.

02 Which areas can we talk about?

Your face, your neck and your décolletage. We work out what suits you at your consultation.

03 What if my skin is fine as it is?

Then we will tell you, and what to keep looking after. Coming in does not commit you to anything.

04 What should I bring?

A list of your medicines and supplements. Rough dates for anything you have had done before. And your questions, even the ones you think sound silly.

Ready when you are.

Come in for a consultation and tell us what you have in mind. We will look at your skin together and suggest what would suit you. Take all the time you need.
