How Mirage began.
Daniela opened Mirage with a simple idea. Care should start with getting to know you. That takes a conversation, and a good conversation takes time.
So every visit starts with a consultation. You tell us what you have in mind, and we look at your skin together.
Then we suggest what would suit you. Sometimes that is a treatment, and sometimes it is something simpler. You take your options and costs home, and decide in your own time.
If nothing is needed yet, Daniela will tell you. You leave knowing where you stand.
Mirage is small by choice. We get to know you, and your care picks up where you left off.
Understand your skin first, then decide.
Your consultation is a chance to talk about your skin and what you would like from it. We suggest what would suit you and write down the costs. You can book a treatment appointment, or take your plan home first. Both are fine.
A clinic people come back to.
We would rather grow slowly and look after the people who already come to us. When you come back, your history and past conversations are there, so you do not have to start again.

Consultation first
Every appointment starts with a conversation. We get to know you and your skin before anything else, and the decision is always yours.
Explained in plain words
We talk you through what we see in everyday words. If we use a word you have not heard, just ask.
Pay as you go
You pay for what you choose, once you have chosen it. Nothing is bundled or prepaid.
When waiting suits you better
Sometimes the answer is that nothing is needed yet. We will tell you, explain why, and tell you what to look out for next. You still leave knowing where you stand.

Mirage is on Heidelberg Road in Fairfield, in Melbourne's inner north. We welcome clients from Alphington, Northcote, Thornbury and Ivanhoe. Everything runs by appointment, so your visit has the time it needs.
