Book a consultation What happens in a consultation

Your cheeks, chin and jawline all read together. So when you come in about one part of your face, we look at the whole of it.

Who it may suit

We recommend a treatment only where clinically appropriate for you. If waiting or another practitioner would suit you better, we will say so. We care for adults aged 18 and over.

What to expect

From the first conversation onwards.

Three steps. Your consultation always comes first.

The consultation

We ask about your health, your medicines and anything you have had done before. You leave with your options and what each one costs, in writing.

On the day

Nothing is decided the day you get in touch. If you go ahead, we book it as its own appointment. First we check what has changed and answer your questions.

Aftercare and review

You leave with written aftercare notes and a number to call. We book a review to look at things together.

How we approach it

Why we look at your whole face.

Each part of your face sits beside the others. So we look at the whole face and explain what we see. You decide in your own time.

Individual results vary from person to person. A consultation does not guarantee a particular outcome, and for some people the answer is that no treatment is appropriate.

01 I have had work done elsewhere. Can I still come in?

Of course. Bring whatever you know about what was done, where and roughly when. We will talk through what would suit you from here.

02 What should I bring?

A list of your medicines and supplements. Rough dates for anything you have had done before. And your questions, even the ones you think sound silly.

03 Can I bring someone with me?

Please do. Bring whoever helps you think things through.

Ready when you are.

Come in for a consultation and tell us what you have in mind. We will look at your skin together and suggest what would suit you. Take all the time you need.
